1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jjwin3 ("jjwin3", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at jjwin3.org. 2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the jjwin3 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

6. You are of sound mind and are not using the platform under duress or compulsion.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the jjwin3 platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, CNIC number, and a valid contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

jjwin3 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document confirming your residential address, dated within 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits, confirming ownership.

jjwin3 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time, including enhanced due diligence documents for accounts exhibiting high-volume transaction activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for the security of your jjwin3 account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. jjwin3 strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication. jjwin3 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Wallet

All financial transactions on the jjwin3 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jjwin3 does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR transactions. Your jjwin3 wallet balance is maintained in PKR at all times.

Deposits:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. jjwin3 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 500. Maximum single deposit: Rs 500,000. Daily deposit limits may apply based on your account verification tier.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your jjwin3 wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours during banking hours.
• jjwin3 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000. Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 200,000 per transaction.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 business day for fully verified accounts in good standing. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, consistent with anti-money laundering obligations.
• jjwin3 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request prior to processing, including requests for source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

jjwin3 offers various bonus and promotional programmes from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and PSL season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). Sports betting contributions vary by promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within 7 days of being credited to your account unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus has an outstanding wagering requirement will cause the previous bonus balance to be forfeited.

jjwin3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional programme at any time. Changes to ongoing bonuses that are materially adverse to players will be communicated via account notification at least 48 hours before taking effect.

6 Games, Sports Betting & Platform Rules

All casino games available on jjwin3 — including live dealer games, slot titles, fishing games such as Gold Toad Fishing, and jackpot products — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are independently audited and published by the respective game developers.

The jjwin3 sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international Test matches, T20I series, and World Cup events), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjwin3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on jjwin3 (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the jjwin3 software to generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or match betting strategy specifically designed to circumvent the spirit of jjwin3's bonus terms.
• Using the jjwin3 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other unlawful financial purpose.
• Accessing the jjwin3 platform through a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to conceal your true location or identity.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive toward jjwin3 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

jjwin3 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining pastime. jjwin3 recognises that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and the platform is equipped with tools designed to help players maintain control of their gambling behaviour.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jjwin3 players directly through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period before they can be increased.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jjwin3 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works from any part of the jjwin3 platform without prior written consent from jjwin3.

Any unauthorised use of jjwin3 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

jjwin3's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jjwin3 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjwin3 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jjwin3 shall not be responsible for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jjwin3 processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the jjwin3 Privacy Policy. Your personal data, including your CNIC details, contact information, transaction history, and gaming activity, is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

jjwin3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• jjwin3 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your account.
• You have failed to provide requested KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Your account has been dormant for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login activity.
• jjwin3 is required to do so by a regulatory body, court order, or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for cause, jjwin3 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 14 business days. Bonus balances are forfeited upon termination for cause in all circumstances.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Minor amendments, including typographical corrections or clarifications that do not substantively alter your rights or obligations, may be made without advance notice.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjwin3 holds its international gaming licence.
